Buying XHTML Coder with a lot or Jquery knowlege - long term

    My company is looking to hire an experienced XHTML coder for our ongoing projects and to work with us in a long term "commitment".

    We already have a lot of projects lined up, so we the entry would be immediate.

    You must fulfill all of the requirements (no exception)
    Please, read the list.. lets not wast each others time.

    • Over 21
    • At least 4 years of experience
    • Fluent English
    • Accountability and responsibility
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent XHTML knowledge
    • Very good Jquery knowledge
    • Good Javascript knowledge
    • Gtalk account (does not need to be online constantly, just when a meeting is scheduled)
    • Paypal account
