I am a XHTML and CSS coder that is for hire. I currently charge $30 per template, but costs do vary depending on how complex the template is. I have quite a large portfolio which you can see here: http://coding.pixellmedia.com/ Payments are to be via paypal only and i would prefer if all clients used some kind of messenger, but this is not a requirment.
