    can someone explain why this is appraising so high?

    Is it the 3 vowels? or the placement of letters?

    I regged it in 2006 for reg fee.

    xe is used for forex / exchange, ua = ukraine

    X - eua "Émirats arabes unis" (United Arab Emirates in french)

    but i regged it because it looked very brandable to me.
