    I am interested in buying 1 Xenforo licence

    I am not paying more than 50 USD, because of the lawsuit. Please do not send emails, if you want more money. Paypal only.

    Yes, but that was cleared back in 2010. Not to mention that VB lost due to lack of supporting evidence. The former lead developer of vbulletin made his own software, XenForo is it's own software and is worth quite a bit more then $50. Why you bring up this 2 year old lawsuit means nothing.

    Edit:
    I see there is a current lawsuit. One that is still attached to the one from two years ago. From how they can revive it I'm not sure, But I'm positive XenForo will win considering they have strong evidence and vbulletin still lacks.
    Anyhow, good luck on buying.
