    I've already given up on any moderator or @digitalpoint doing anything about scammers on here. I just show up now to keep this thread alive and to make sure I alert others that this guy is a shit person.

    We would need something we can moderate. We don't get involved in disputes between members if that's what you are asking?

    Even if we did, we don't have access to user's bank accounts, so we wouldn't be able to send money to you from him anyway. Really the best thing to do (always) is to use an escrow service.

    An escrow service for $15? Lol yeah okay. The information in this thread is all you should need to ban this individual. He is refusing to pay what is rightfully owed because according to the buyer he "doesn't deserve it" lol. If that's not theft then I don't know what is.

    Agreed... honestly I didn't read the thread because we get so many threads that ultimately amount to users wanting us to be some sort of legally binding mediation service for them. But this one seems pretty cut and dry at least.
