I contacted @jaguar34 regarding this early yesterday morning and we agreed on a price of $15 for me to go in, troubleshoot and fix the issue that he was having. I went in, found the issue, fixed it for him and even answered a few extra questions that he had. He told me that he would pay me the $15 in the morning (today). After not hearing from him, I asked him about the payment. He replied that he would not pay me the $15 we agreed on before I went in and fixed the issue but instead $10. He has refused to pay me the agreed on price and now is becoming a bit hostile to me via conversation because I wish to be paid what we agreed upon. I hope that he will own up to our agreement without any further issues.
Agreeing upon something doesn't mean that you will get paid for simple directory issue and you are being paid much more than what cms people with knowledge gets paid of $5 per hour.
It doesn't matter what the problem was. An agreement is an agreement. That is a very stupid thing to say. You NEED to pay him what you agreed upon.
It is simple. Before I did any work, you and I agreed on a set price of $15. This is the reason I agreed to do the work. Please honor your agreement.
Well it was an issue you couldn't fix yourself, and you agreed to $15. If you did agree to that, then you'll need to be paying 15. That's how the world works. You aren't special to anyone else.
Then you should not have accepted my $15 offer but you did. I will be glad to pass along our conversations to anyone that wishes to do work with you in the future to see what kind of professionalism that you offer when working with others. I am simply asking for the agreed upon price.
He has now told me via conversation that I should not message him until I am ready to accept less than what we agreed upon. Very unprofessional.
I don't know why @DP admin not banning him on this forum. He is cheating every person which worked with him & he has long history of fraud.
It's ok. I know his username on XenForo.com and will make people aware over there whenever he seeks any help. This could have simply been resolved by paying the agreed upon amount but instead he'd rather go down this path for $5. Hope its worth it to him.
Then why you don't just get that cms ppl. Why every time you come here & just did fraud with some one . I am sure you will get punishment some day & then you will realized what we feel when we didn't get what we have agreed.
You really are an absolutely despicable excuse for a human being. When are people going to learn to check a users post history before doing business. There should be enough evidence in all these threads about you to stop people ever working with you again.
Don't worry. I watch this site daily. Until I get the agreed upon amount for my work I have no problem keeping tabs on his posts on here to make sure he can't screw over anyone else.
With everyone else it does, it just doesn't when dealing with you. But you sir, will not be here for very much longer. I can almost guarantee it.
All you have is your word in life. If you agree to pay someone a certain dollar amount, and they provide the service, then you should pay them what they are rightfully owed. You absolutely can NOT start negotiations after the service has been provided. If it was such a simple issue, why couldn't you fix it yourself? Just pay the man his money you tightass.
There was no agreement, I though its coding issue within files. he could have told its simple issue of 4-5 minutes.
So no price was agreed upon prior to doing the work? Yeah, sounds legit. Either you think people are really stupid, or you don't understand what an agreement is. Either way, you owe this person money. No on cares about the excuses coming out of your mouth. The reality is you didn't know how to fix the problem, so you hired someone who did. End of story.
So you are telling that we need to hire lawyer or someone to type our agreement document & take both parties signature on that for $15.
