    monthly visitors, unique visitors, bandwith, and referrers.

    This will give a much more accurate picture than adsense impressions.

    Content - About 3 days worth of work
    Members/posts - About two months worth of work

    So the monetary worth of this website, I'd estimate would be 160 USD, with the labour/content costs, I'd say 250 USD is a good price for it to sell at, especially if it's only generating 4 USD/month.
