XBOX360 owners, I have a question

Is the Xbox 360 Pro system (with the 20GB HD) worth the extra money as opposed to the cheaper Xbox 360 Core console?

yeah the Pro system comes with a wireless controller - its really comfortable compared to the wired controller on the core.

Well without the Hard Drive i'm pretty sure you won't be able to save your games or download updates for xbox live so that could be a problem, plus the Wireless Controller. I couldn't imagine using a corded controller for Xbox anymore. If I were you i'd go one notch higher and get the 100GB Xbox Elite, 20 GB really isn't that much and I find myself wishing I had more space.

Yeah, it's worth it to get the hard drive alone. You'll want it to download demos and stuff. The wireless controller is nice, too, though I'd prefer wired honestly, I hate my controller dying cause the batteries are gone.

I think the pro version also comes with that HDMI port, like the Elite version. So if you have a HDTV with an HDMI port, you could use that.

If you are going to game a lot and you have an HDTV then yes it's worth the extra money. But if your going to play it occasionally and don't care about dl'n extra stuff then it's not worth the money.
