    Looking to sell:

    www. XboxControllerMod .net

    Site is just 2 months old and so far has made me about $27.

    This is from 2 sales on Amazon (just over $8) and about £12 ($19)in adsense.

    The site is all unique. The centre banner could do with changing as the price is no longer correct, but I still keep getting clicks on it and made a sale at the new price. Most of the revenue comes from adsense.

    Averaging about 200+ uniques per month.

    Looking for $100 as a buy it now. Thats 7 months income from this site.

    The site is all HTML pages and you will need to edit them to put your own affiliate codes/adsense blocks in place.

    Offer away mate, I would rather just close the site down than sell it for that.

    I notice some backlinks from other sites you own... can you guarentee these links will stay up after the sale?

    Also I would like to see screenshots of traffic and income.

    I've emailed you the screenshots.

    I may be wrong, but I think the only site I own with links to this is XboxAvatarAwards . com - I will guarantee that the link on that site will stay there for at least the next 3 months, however after that I will be looking to sell that site as well so I cant really guarantee any further than that.
