    About xbox I dont like now,that graphics are little outdated,but still cool.Consoles dont have MMOrpgs,strategie games which is downside,IMO having both is best.

    I've been a long standing xbox fan, but after what the pulled with the xbox one launch I would have to say go with the ps4!

    Yea definitely PC. Once you have one set up games will be so much cheaper with sales on multiple websites like steam and GoG.

    In terms of MMOs for Xbox things are changing though. Defiance is out which is a third person shooter MMO and I think elder scrolls online will be on xbox 360. Also isn't world of tanks on xbox too?

    because Ps4 price is not far behind with the camera (ps4 u have to buy camera separate)

    im going to get the ps4 so my answer is to get the ps4 lol. but you should really ask your brother which one he wants or even if he wants one since its a lot of money.
