Hey guys, I am here to convey my interest in marketing some of your guys' websites using Xbox Live. Before I start explaining what it is, I want to point out that I currently have a team of 14 guys who are using this technique for 26 websites. The average increase in those websites' traffic is around 23%, as well as a 12% increase in sales for those that sell a product or service. They all come together and play games against each other, like sports games, shooting games, etc. What I do is ask you for a desired gamertag, which would be your online username that everybody sees and refers to you as. This can be up to 15 characters long. Most of our clients use their URL if it is short enough, but if it isn't, they choose something else that relates to their site. I also ask for profile information. The profile is attached to the gamertag for people to see. This is where I would put your URL, company information, contact information, as well as anything else you want people to see in your profile. Our clients want to get the most for their money, so they have chosen for us to play the hottest game out right now, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. In this game, you can play with and market your URL to 19 players PER GAME. We also have these games available for you to choose from: * Madden NFL Football 2010 (1 player per game) * NCAA Football 2010 (1 player per game) * FIFA Soccer 2010 (19 players per game) * Halo 3 (15 players per game) * Halo ODST (15 players per game) * NBA Live Basketball 2010 (9 players per game) This bid is for 1 month (30 days) of marketing using this technique. If I do not fulfill my word, and you do not receive at least a 15% increase in traffic (larger sites would be a smaller percentage because of their already large traffic base), then I will give you your money back. This is a good idea...but It wouldn't work, this was my original idea.. but seems not to be working unless the site is about adult,gaming,freebie niche. Most others such as, business, graphic designing sites do not work. I was also wondering can you give a free preview ??? and what is your xbox gamertag, so we can chat on there.
First of all, of our 26 clients, only 2 of them are marketing sites that you mentioned above. We are currently marketing everything from a lamp shade site, to Pokemon, to a school supplies ecommerce website. I'm sorry, I can't give you a free preview because you need to pay to make an account, and I can't afford to keep buying accounts for free previews and the client backs out before paying. Why would we talk on Xbox Live? Why can't we just go through here or MSN Messenger? But my gamertag is mcduggly. I'm not on it much anymore, though, because of this marketing technique that I have decided to do. I am almost constantly on other people's gamertags advertising their website.
How long you keep on doing this service for... because you can create free XBL accounts.... 1 Month of free Live... which is good enough to advertise people ... and also if possible do you guys recruit new members to the team ?? If so I would like to join, since I game a lot...
