After the Christmas debacle I really think Microsoft should step up to the pplate because the service is failing pretty hard with all the new subs. For those who don't know Microsoft decided on Decmenber 24th to update xbox live. Well as many of you are familiar with Murphy's law of course there was a problem which left users out for nearly 12 hours. This means little Timmy got his new xbox 360 ran to use it and could not connect to live. This also meant little Bobby who had bought a new game was denied online access as well. They have yet to fix the issues because there are drops and lost connections all over the place. I think it's time Microsoft addresses the public with this but then again this is one guys opinion but I am sure I am not alone.
Well I am not sure that I would go that far because to be honest even the off line features are amazing. Best feature I have utilized mine for is streaming HD content from my media Center PC's directly to the Xbox. It makes for a great "interconnector" if you will. But I was just saying "it's all about the children" and they really gave them a piece of coal for Christmas with shutting down live like that.
