XBOX broke but their customer support owns

    I bought my Xbox 360 back in Feb of this year and today I plug the badboy in and it ain't so bad anymore these 3 red lights came on and the screen remained blank,
    so I go on Microsoft's Xbox website and go through the troubleshooting tips
    nope nada still wont work, so now I get annoyed and call them tell the person what's up give them the serial number my address and the lady goes "ok we'll send you a box to fix it "
    So I ask the lady that's it? she goes yup
    I'm like uhhh ok cool, they even gonna send me a free 1 month xbox live card so I don't lose any of my paid time :)

    But now after doing some research I found out that this happens alot, and that these 360's are pretty buggy so has this happened to any of you before? because I don't really wanna get it back and it breaks again.
    Also I forgot to ask the lady how long it's gonna take to fix so any idea on that one?

    My guess is they know which ones are crap and when you gave them the serial number, it triggered a red flag or something. lol
