Xbox 360 Talk - forum with nearly 2,000 posts

Due to my need for a new car, I am looking to sell this site. There are nearly 2,000 REAL forum posts. All real members, no paid posting whatsoever! Why buy a site with crappy, fake posts when you can buy one with a real community? There is currently one moderator who has been a really great help.

The site runs vBulletin, but the license is not included in this sale. There is a vbBux / vbPlaza point system/store installed and can be used to reward members for things such as posts if the buyer chooses.

This is a great start for someone who wants a large Xbox 360 forum, since you already have a great member and post base to work from.

I am also including my PR3 domain X360Talk.com, which is the former location of the site and still receives 30 uniques/day on average.

Revenue Details:
There is currently not much of any revenue. I currently run Bidvertiser, but I don't even remember my login information to check those stats. Haha. I ran Adsense in July, and earned around $20-25, but that's it. I never tried to monetize the site properly.

Traffic Details:
The site is averaging 35 uniques per day in September with only minor word-of-mouth advertising. If someone actually had the time to promote the site, it could be huge! Stats for all three months of the site's existence:

Traffic is almost all type-in, and is via word-of-mouth. I do not advertise anywhere, as I have been really busy running another site lately, and lost interest in this site.

Also, the X360Talk.com domain receives 30 uniques per day.

 

In response to a few inquiries, the vBulletin license is not being included because I need it for another site.
