xampp-win32-1.6.8-installer problem

    some one suggest me!!!
    i am installing xamp server but not completed installation process.during the xamp installation give the error message error writing to file auth.xml in xampp installation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    plz help

    Do you give xampp admin permission in windows ?
