Xampp web site

    Hello i have a router and 3 pc's on it.
    On one of those 3 pc;s i am running apache through xampp and i want to make that site public.
    I have forwarded port 80 but when friends of mine trying to access through my external ip they cant..any good suggestion or a easy walkthrough how to do it?

    P.S Firewalls both pc and router are off

    What do you mean by "can't"?

    Do you have a static IP? Is Apache configured to accept remote connections?

    You should really have a static IP. Besides, your ISP probably doesn't allow port 80 to your PC, as most ISP don't allow hosting for home use.

    I have even tried to do it through no-ip ....

    Well like I said. Most ISP's do not allow hosting, and have it blocked. Do you get any errors?

    thats what friends see when tryin to access.
    I have redirected port 80 to 82 with no-ip and they try to access through domain
