My XAMPP local server was installed in E: drive. It was running fine.

    I added a new DVD-ROM.

So now my old E: drive changed to F: drive automatically because The DVD-ROM drive takes E: drive.

This is the problem. now XAMPP not running as installed drive changed.

I searched for help and follow some instruction. Now only mySQL running but Apache not running.

    How can I solve it?

    PLEASE HELP ME.

Look for httpd.conf file (and also every .conf file in apache directory)
Search for paths starting with e:\ there, change them.
If your apache was installed as service, you should reinstall it in new location.

in Windows 7, go to Start, right click on My computer > manage > storage > disk Management.

From here you can right click on the drive in question and allocate it a letter by clicking 'Change Drive and letter Paths'.

You might need to change the cdrom drive to a different letter before you can allocate your hdd back to E:/

The process will be somewhat similar in older versions of windows.
