My VPS is offline since last year, i am talking with support via ticket system, they have not bring it up yet, they did not explained the reason of a downtime. So this message is posted here in aim to maybe make them do something about it. If you (x3host) are not aware about any offline VPS, maybe try to go thru the support tickets or check VPS orders if they really have all assigned a working/pinging VPS. I will update my post after they do their job to look thru their tickets and put the VPS online.
I signed up for the unlimited reseller plan 5 days ago & it took them 4 days to register the 'free' domain offered. Then I find out that my domain is actually registered to a "Kareem A.Samir" in Egypt (no, I'm not Mr Samir...). Plus, they told me I would get a free, legit copy of whmcs which is hard to believe because the software subscription is way more than what they charge me monthly... Stay away from these scammers!!! They are very cheap because they do not deliver...
