    I am selling this site due to the fact that I no longer want it and because I don't have to promote it. It is built on Wordpress and using an X-Factor type theme (google Xfactor Adsense if you are unfamiliar with the template). It is obviously setup to make money from Adsense.

    I purchased 10 articles from an outsourced member of the WF. 5 of the article are being used on the site and the other 5 were sent to ezinearticles, articlesbase, squidoo, and 2 more that I can't think of at the moment for the purpose of backlinks.

    The site is 3 months old, has not had any promotion except for the articles submissions. It is currently on page 2 of Google for the term best alarm clock. It has made a whopping $1 from Adsense. With a little more backlinks I'm certain that it can make a $1 or $2 daily.

    Hmmm. At number 1 it has the potential to make about $18 a month. $50 is minimum for me. The problem with John's course is he didn't tell you how to pick sites that make that much.
