The website as a whole is not a lot to talk about yet it still receives hundreds of views daily. The main seller for the website is the name. This domain is very valuable and it will not be let go.

Please give me some ideas of what its worth

it depends the domain it not worth much by itself i would say low to mid XX.xx but if you get that many views the price would go up it all depends on how many of those views are unique and what the sited dose with the traffic.

especially if you get that many daily views... are you looking to sell the site with it?

that's decent traffic, but how do you make money off a site like that? I think the big seller here is the traffic, rather than the domain. You could probably sell off a site like that for the upper $xxx range.

I have to agree with Mark. It's not the domain because it has three words but the traffic. If you can add some PR on it then you can have a decent offer on that between $xxx to low $xxxx or more.

Why because of your traffic you can build list on it and suppose there is 1% conversion then in one year you can collect 2880 subscribers and subscribers today is worth more at least a dollar a month profit. Just do the math.

In truth, as all things appraisals are just a "guesstimate" so to speak. Just like a house. to some, the house is worth nothing, to others, it can be valuable.

The TRUE price what I like to call the "pure price" is what someone is actually willing to pay for it.

With that in mind, 98% of the market (any market) is driven solely on what another "thinks" it is worth VS. it's real value.

    Think of it like this.

There are 5000 acres available and currently owned by Joe M. Joe M. wants to sell the land at "what he thinks is a reasonable price at $500.00 an acre.

Scenario 1- A farmer comes along and wants to buy the land. He can afford the $500.00 an acre up to $1000.00 an acre. What will he do with it? Farm it of course and make about $300,000.00 a year from the land.

Scenario 2- A developer comes into town looking at the same land and can afford $500.00 an acre. He can also afford $10,000.00 an acre.

Whats the property worth? To the Farmer... about $1000.00

    To the developer, about $20,000.00

How so if he can only afford $10,000.00 an acre?

1- The developer will go raise the money needed for the land.

2- he will divide the acres and turn 5000 acres into 20,000 lots and sell those lots for $15,000. 20K lots x $15,000.00 = 300,000,000.00

Sure thing. It was worth more to the developer in value (financially) and to the farmer it was worth less!

    Why? The use.

So, all my gibberish to answer your question...

It is only worth what someone writes you a check for and what you are willing to accept.

Go strictly by appraisals and what you "think the price should be" you will lose out on many opportunities.

Hope this helps and send me a hello anytime!

Is it your only domain? Go and buy another domain. Just develop it and when it has lots of traffic then you can sell it very easy.

Well, your forum has 75 members and since I have been trying to grow my site, I can appreciate how hard it is to keep your members happy and keep them coming back.

    Name: $50
    Site with traffic: $600-$800
