    I don't think it can be very accurate.. it doesn't even ask for revenue info at all.

    I don't think any automated online appraisal system is going to be all that accurate. It takes a humans eyes to tell the true value of a site/domain name as far as I'm concerned.

    But licences for scripts I use is more than that :p

    The reality offer was fairly accurate for me actually, but the potential isn't really accruate. How do you measure potential if you don't know what type of website it is? And even then, isn't the sky the limit on most websites in terms of potential?
