I would suggest on the left side and also under each article. There are a adsense plugin for wordpress that you can use.
Putting everywhere is not suggestible, as you want your visitor to click on those links not just see them, if it is too much it will start annoy you that much also, and even may result in the visitor refusal to visit your site once again.
