Started this site not too long ago http://www.wmdtalk.com and it's a site for entrepreneurship, bloggers but it's been most successful as a movie link forum. I know there are others. As far as legal issues, it's legal because I'm not hosting or providing any content. I believe this will succeed more as a movie site than as a making money forum. I made $3.23 one day in AdSense from like 500 people. I'm getting about 20 registered users a day.
