www.wehostfiles.net - What do you guys think?

Any idea what www.wehostfiles.net is worth? Never got around to doing much with it.

Its a double keyword domain which raises its value though .net extension makes it for slightly less value.

low - mid $xx if sold to broker and mid - high $xx if sold to end buyer

 

If you devolp it and get it ranking high on search engines, it will increase the value nicely

 

Low xx, developed site would increase the value by a lot.
