    It has been literally a year lol.

    Biggest pirating site on the net.

    WOW! thx for pointing that out for me ;) all Seinfeld episodes in HQ streaming <33 even though i own the box set, still awesome. lol but yes, copyright infringement, but they are slippery, nothing is hosted on their site, simply embeddable code.

    oh yea, also they are going against adsense tos.

    Wow never heard of that site, but it is amazing how long it has lasted for with Google Adverts and no one noticing.

    The next cause of action is for people to report them and hopefully the Ads will then get removed!

    yes, it a violation to share and distribute copywrited contents so this site is in violation. unless they have some kind of agreement with the copywrite holders

    I assume you don't use adwords?

    That site uses POP OVER (zango gateway) over the AS ads, which is a major NO NO. Pop overs lead to accidental clicks = money lost for the advertiser.

    Google AdSense user policy is there for a reason, if user's can't follow that then they should be banned....
