Selling www.watchgossipgirl.com and www.watch-onetreehill.com

Okay here's the deal. I'm selling www.watchgossipgirl.com and www.watch-onetreehill.com together as a package deal. I've had the one tree hill site since March of 2009, and I've had the gossip girl site since June of 2009.

I've compiled together all of the screenshots of google analytics for the past year for both sites, as well as all of the revenue they've accrued over the year.

** Important Information Regarding Search Engine Rankings **
This is a legitimate sale, so I'm not messing around about the sites. They have been penalized in google due to poor quality SEO that was done on them.
-They were on the first page for both major tv show keywords "watch gossip girl" "watch gossip girl online" "watch one tree hill" "watch one tree hill online" and received tremendous traffic from this.

However in December, the sites were penalized and are now on page 6 of google (Jump from 5-6). This is by far the worst they will ever do, and for the past 4 months or so, they have together made about $600 steadily. Naturally the shows are seasonal and will spike up and and down when shows are not in season or when they are in season, so the $600 is an accurate average. Before the penalty they were making about $2,500-3,000 per month together.

** Again: traffic and revenue is clearly not what it was 1 year ago, but these sites are still consistent money makers. If a person can get their google penalties removed, you will see a tremendous increase in revenue and traffic. They are both strong websites with strong backlinks.**

The value of the domain name "www.watchgossipgirl.com" alone is extremely valuable.

If reserve is not met, I will be happy to hang onto these sites for passive income.

I've switched content unlockers around from IDZ, PT, and CPALead. Currently, and for the last several months, they've been on CPALead.

I never installed the alexa toolbar, so I'm not sure why there's any Alexa rank at all. It's a meaningless number anyway for this niche, as I'm sure most tv show network owners would agree.

Is the content legal? I wasn't aware you could allow streaming copyrighted material without compensating the copyright owners? I could be all wrong, just curious.

There is no problem with the content. I haven't updated the sites in a while. As for the legality of streaming websites, they're legal. Neither of these sites are hosting any of the videos (which is why they take up very little bandwidth), they simply link to other sites that do host them.

There are some television networks that do not support tv streaming sites, such as Fox. However, both of these shows are on CW, and there have been no issues in over 1 year since I own both of them, nor have I heard about any problems with these.
