    Great idea, both employers and employees waste a lot of time for interviewing process , if your website can reduce it , it will be a great success .

    I like the concept, I think it's a great idea, the site is well designed
    the only thing I would recommend changing is... I think you should
    change the color of the adsense ad at the bottom of the page to
    blend it in with the theme of your site.

    The site's concept is quite unique and impressive. The design in overall view is good but I find the contents little compressed and conjusted. Also the dark black background and white font color gives a stress to our eyes, hope you work on it more :) Good Luck.

    I think it would look better in just two colums instead of three... But let me tell you that the page is great!
