I am selling my beloved Tuff-Music.com

I started this web site from the ground up. Website Outlook values it at $1400 saying it makes $2 per day however, it makes 4x that. It makes $7 on a bad day. Majority (60%) of the traffic is from the USA which is a big plus.

Using the money to invest into my new project. If it does not sell, I won't be too worried as it pays some bills each month for minimal maintenance (5 min a day to update). It makes anywhere from 200 to 300 dollars a month (Around 10-15 bucks a day).

Tuff-Music is a latest hip-hop music download site established late July. Most visitors are from YouTube and direct. The web site is growing every day from word of mouth -> downloads are always working! If you keep it up to date, visitors will come back!

My asking price is $1700 or best offer. I will include all the photoshop image files, web pages, mp3s, YouTube account, etc. Essentially everything. If you are looking for a well designed site with a huge head start, this site could be for you! Every month I get at least 30% more new visits.

If you think the price is too much then go buy one of those other sites for $300 bucks and watch how much you get out of it. This is a real deal site that gets actual visitors and makes actual money.

Any issues with hosting the mp3 files on your server? Any legal obligations? Do you have liscenses and all?

 

No issues as of yet, if I do hang onto the site though I will be switching to zshare gradually. I would recommend that the new owner do it as well. When I started it, I didn't expect it to get so big so fast so I just uploaded the songs onto my server. I've already starting uploading many of the albums to zshare.

Most of the songs are off mixtape albums so they are free to begin with.

 

Yeah i understand that..But there is one more issue.. In some countries, including mine i guess..There are issues to even share links to illegal mp3's and stuff - i know a friend of mine having an issue with one record company who held the rights to those albums..

 

Sorry to hear, my site is pretty much a hotnewhiphop.com clone that just looks and performs better. They've been up for along time too as well as distribute the same content. So I can't say what is in store for the future but as of today I've had no issues and my traffic isn't like 30 hits a day. Its more like 5000-8000 hits per day.

But anyways, the traffic is there if someone wants to take it over, they can do whatever they want with the site. My stats don't lie.
