    hello,
    im selling the history resource site www.third-reich.com
    the domain was first reg'd in 1997 and the previous site had been around since 1999.
    I get 600-700 uniques a month but my web host (toser) said i was breaking bandwidth.
    it has an alexa rank of 2 million and something (have a look)

    It is clearly worth the $50 asking price.The domain is NINE years old.

    im 100% sure its been around since 1999
    the .net and .info of this domain are also reg'd
    but look on alexa and you will see it says been online since 1999.

    Im pretty sure the value is in when whois has it as being created which shows 2005. Obviously it was expired for a while so as far as value it would be seen as one year old.

    Regardless, good luck on the sale
