Even though the three words are short, I think "the" cuases the value to go down. Value would be in development.

Thanks- I'm actually looking at purchasing this domain from someone and wanted to get a legit $ amount to offer- I'm thinking maybe $50. But as you know most people don't understand the true values of their domains, she'll probably want $1000 for all I know.

 

I certainly wouldn't pay more than $50 for it.

I honestly don't think it's worth all that much.
