    I ordered products from www.spice-gold-direct.com and they didn't send me products and use silly excuses and are horrible company to deal with, they are simply a FRAUD. They also trick people in to thinking there site is secure by using another URL:

    secure-credit-card-payments.co.uk/spice-gold-direct/ - FRAUD also.

    Just to let everyone know my experience with this horrible company. Im taking the owner the court if I dont recieve my refund soon.

    Did you pay by credit card? In that case you can do a chargeback if you didnt receive the merchandise.

    RadulescuRobert sorry to hear about your experience, did you pay for special delivery? They guarantee to replace if that goes missing... For other people considering using them I sceptically placed an order yesterday and it did indeed arrive along with 'free sample' of some other stuff in good time and discreetly packaged... I'll definitely be ordering again..

    PS - this 'ivory' stuff is pretty good!!!

    i used to order regularly from that site, but found out the hard way that they have since changed their business practices are are a total scam! They took my money without an email verification and never responded to my many inquiries. They don't even list an email or phone number on their site and run your card through a different company! Screw them! Whatever you do, don't order form them, they are a scam! Anyone claiming any different must be on their payroll. I hope karma catches up with them and their shady practices

    Well I guess I am eating a lot of crow. They did send me my shipment, but I have to say i was freaked out when they wouldn't send me any verifications with regard to processing my card and shipping...

    No, for me it was the best to date (they closed the site) are two years that I order from them, never a failed expedition for each product purchased you have one for free. the payment was made by bank transfer to a Polish company. just received the payment sent me the track number with which I could trace the parcel until delivery. never more than five days of waiting (I am in Italy). I can not find an alternative. Now that closed I just took a rip with a real scam site: http://premierepotpourri.com
    initially asking for payment by credit card, then the payment fails, and they claim to have a problem with the bank.
    Require payment via western union, then they do not send anything by asking for more money.

    fyi I would not buy anything like this because the materials they use are carciogenic and have been proven such as the ingredients were tested on a program in the uk called dispatches.
