    An auction will put pressure on potential buyers; they will think "this is my only chance to acquire the domain". Thus it is very likely that you will get more.
    I am also interested to buy this domain but my budget is low, so if you do start an auction please disclose the reserve price :)

    Renewal fee is standard .cc domain renewel. It is with GoDaddy. Is renewal fee different for premium domains?
