www.smartgb.com and their alike supporting racist sites

As an example the free guestbook service www.smartgb.com is supporting racist sites by letting the sites use their guest books. They know about what kind of sites it is but do not care. They are just an example of sites that do those things.

Do you have examples of other sites like that ?

 

I just checked their site and didn't see anything that states they support racist sites. In fact, I see the opposite in the ToS.

 

The user "login" contacted us about a site that he claim has racist content and is using our guestbook service.

We have asked to get a more specific report on what content on the website that is racist or unlawful.

If this material is provided by "login" (or someone else) we will be more than happy to close the guestbook account.

Now since you claimed to understand the language I thought it was obvious that you would take the guest book down.

The TOS is about spam, sexual, erotic/nude pictures or text, porn, prescription drugs, pharmacy or health related products, membership on other websites, online gambling, politics campaigns, violence, hate, abusive language, excessive profanity, advocate campaigns, cracking, hacking, warez, pyramid schemes, scams, massive amount of affiliate links or any illegal or unlawful content.

There is noting about racism there.

 

We do not support any racist sites.

Give me a break. I would think that a racist sites is considered to be a site with hate content / abusive language / unlawful content.

Just send us a link (will take you 5 seconds) to the page where we can find the racist content and the guestbook will be closed.

 

Of course you do not support sites like that actively. Nobody says so. Just in a passive way. Well, you got mail and if the links are not bad enough or abusive enough I suppose we have a very different view of what is racism.

You manage to post us a link with abusive content. Why didn't you do that a few hours ago? Instead you choosed to make false claims about our company in a public forum. That is not very nice at all.

I'll leave it there since you seem to be one of the good guys, trying to keep the Internet free from bad content. That is good, you just need to try to be smarter next time you file an abuse report. It will save time for both parties.
