    Form Canada. Yes there is no database! it rns on php script. I decide to sell this coz i dont have resourses and time to make this site more presntable. I will take any thingh above hundred. Its about 900 page website.

    wow sites like this are $10 a pop...you should take the $45. I bet you spent less than 1 hour to make that...it's a generic clone/cms that's been getting passed around.

    Do you have any proof of this traffic and revenue?
