    I'd go with registration fee too. Try to build up the traffic to those forums ^^;; Don't have so many sections, if they all have 0 posts then it looks like your forum is dead. Merge some sections and split them again later in the forum's life, giving it a more cosy, active feel.

    Although I think Project 23 has something to do with music, if the poster of this topic can clarify what is it then I guess we will be able to appraise better
