www problem, really sad, help me to get out this problem

I am really sad, actually I am applying ebay associate program, but something wrong during applying, my website does not work as properly
Like this, I have domain name


http://example.com

but when I use

http://www.example.com

It will redirected to other webhosting, 000webhost, before this I use 000webhost, and today switch to namecheap
I have no idea what happen, I have try to fix it for today but nothing happen , I cannot verified domain name because cannot use www, but without www is okay , I really worries if I Ebay reject me

 

I guess its either

remove redirection via cPanel

or

find .htaccess in your file manager and remove the redirection
