Scam!! Paypal will never send any mails exept from @paypal.com. And when it does, the mail should automatically be in your inbox and not in your spam/junk folder. All the links used by paypal will be [*.paypal.com/*]
There was a little strange, he sent emails Thu, Dec 26, 2013 at 1:48 AM and invited me "As part of PayPal's commitment to excellence, we invite you to share your experience about your interaction with us on December 23, 2013" from: PayPal cs_surveys@paypal-customerfeedback. com Code (markup): These are not on the box scam http://prntscr.com/2dx42v Code (markup): if it is suspicious, do I need to ask paypal for confirmation?
You can send a mail to . But i guess the mail is just a scam, so don't click on the link and login to you paypal account. ignore it. I am sure it's not paypal's domain. Just contact paypal and try to be safe
Thank you guys, I will update the information after hearing paypal to convince me and others, perhaps one day will have the same problem
paypal-customerfeedback. com Domain seems SSL certificate verified and domain is not new. Well, remember survey will never ask for paypal login or password. I think you must ignore this survey email. I use to get paypal survey from different survey companies which says they are doing it on behalf of paypal but never collect any login or password.
good news, it is paypal, I just got a call related emails I send to paypal, and when I also asked about the survey site cs_surveys @ paypal-customerfeedback. com and they replied "it is from paypal and safe" and I tried it. This will look like a site survey in general. http://prntscr.com/2e0263 Code (markup): Thank you for responding and hope this information will be useful in later
