    It doesn't have to be, It's still a trademark infringement. You aren't protected just because you add a word onto it. If that was the case I would own CocaColaSodaPop.com, or FordMotorCars.com.

    The domain isn't even worth reg fee because you can't use it for anything related to P90X .
