Well tried looking at your site. there's not much to see. tried registering but when I click on the link it says "Registration has been disabled." Think you need to work on it a little before we can review it.

Why did you remove the copyright notice at the bottom? Because of the lack of credit from several sites, CeleronDude is thinking of selling this script instead of giving it away for free. If you didn't pay for a copyright removal licence, the least you can do is give the guy some credit for his hard work.
did he make you pay? what you have there is the basic uploading script made by celerondude which he gives away for free.
He was on my msn list and he said he got anice image hosting script, I was interested and bought it for 15$ Seems I was scammed, I hate when this happens!
