www or nothing

    when i write my adress like sitename.com everything is OK
    but when i write www. sitename .com (no space) there is just an error message but not my site.
    do you know why?

    what control panel you use?

    Ok I solved the problem. nop I couldnt.:(

    this is when i write www.

    This should be a pretty easy fix with your hosting service. You can probably login and fix it yourself. If you run into trouble, just ask your hosting support to do it for you.
