Why would you launch a site targetted at stealing traffic?

Because they want to make some easy money without having any real skills themselves. I don't endorse this kind of operation but when money is the motivation, people do a lot of stupid things like the site talked about here.

its not stealing, people park pages most of the times and people buy typo domains and part them to recieve traffic. this is a form of domain parking too and domain parking isnt stealing.

This website violates more copyright laws and trademark laws than I can cite.

The domain oogle.com is redirected to ordisante(DOT)com/google(DOT)html. PR N/A so it must be new, (the Google cache is from 16 Nov). if you search for that domain in Google it shows just the one result.
As soon as he starts getting back links then I guess he will be Notified... I wonder if that is AdSense for search? If so then I wonder if it may be OK??? There is a link (although tiny) back to his blog!.. ... Dunno!

    Cheers

They have a premium account i guess, according to how the ads are displayed.

I bet you can not cite too much.
oogle is NOT a trademark of google. You have no idea what are you talking about, google can trademark MISSPELLS not for letter missing. DO you think ebay have trademark on bay? or ebuy on buy?

So, google can not do too much. The only issue is the logo used, but if they use the google adsense for search and they are approved, then they should be ok.
