pr 3

10,000 flyers/posters go out each week with the website address on them

official tickets seller for Isis nightclub in Nottingham

13 businesses sponsor the site.

turnover per year: £6825

site running for 6 months but well known in local area

fairly good serps

appraisal for domain, current contracts with sponsors etc

competes online with 3 sites - of which the main one is www.leftlion.co.uk which is better established however does not have as much commercial slant.

Adsense revenue - >$1 per day!

Any more info needed please post.

seems to me like it involves doing actual work in your area which someone else might not be able to do so easy

 

Yeah to a certain extent I would agree. Although a lot of the people advertsing on the site were got out of the telephone/yellow pages books.

It would probably be easier to maintain for someone living in the area. What do you think the value may be to:

a) Someone living in the area?
b) Someone who was a lot better at building sites and therefore could automate a lot more of it?

Nice town portal.

My understanding from reading this forum is that you can generally expect to get 10 to 12 times your monthly net income. You need to be able to provide proof of income and traffic stats.

Perhaps you could try to advertise it locally or you never know someone reading this forum may be from your region. I would be interested if I lived in Nottingham.
