    This is the first site I have ever made.

    Not sure if I will sell it or continue building it. Plan on implementing CPALead on it.

    Any ideas on what it's worth?

    I would appraise the domain and content together at between $3,000-$5,000 with proof of a little traffic (5,000 vistors) and a few sales.

    How much traffic does the site have? This could be a major hit!
