    First thing.
    What exactly do you offer?
I read everything on the site and i still have no idea how you can specifically help me.
Are you just trying to get people to download that 'remote support' thing? It's an .exe file... no offense but why would I trust installing it? If that is your main goal then you need your visitors to trust you better.

Also, what exactly is included in the different packages? What areas do you service? Will you fly to Chicago for $99 a year to provide on-site support? Some of your text implies that you offer hands on help with setting up networks etc. and the other 1/2 is about that remote assist.

If your company only does the remote assist. Make it clear. That should be the main thing on the homepage with the package details laid out clear and easy.

If you are focusing on the remote assist, your 'live chat' is currently offline yet all of your packages claim 24/7 support...

    Sorry to be so brash.

I welcome and appreciate your harshness as your harshness came with some eye opener.

We market this site using 2 modes :

    1) Affiliate Market

    2) Telemarketing . We have an Inhouse team of 20 people.

Its a ONLINE Tech Support site where customer can call anytime and get tech support.

Exe is basically the Team Viewer , to provide online support.

Live Chat is not online, as site is NOT 100% live on the net.

I didn't look at your content, because I'm drawn to the big open white space pouring down the middle of the page. I think you should make a logo or something of that sort and add that in the top of your site. All that space gives me the feeling that you have no identity, or don't want to share it... I don't know, it just gives me a negative feeling about the page.

It seems your disclaimer page was copied only from comantra.net website and you failed to change some of the text

Part of your disclaimer page says:

I quickly clicked through the site. The bright blue link buttons are very hard on the eyes. I would go for a more "solid" blue, as opposed to the bright, transparent blue you have. Also "contact us" first of all needs to have a disclaimer telling the customer what you are going to do with their info, how long it will take you to contact them, and there needs to be boxes for the customer to type their info into - it should be integrated into a php box with personal info and submit button together.

No problem. DON'T give up. Your site is better than most people can manage. You did ask for criticism. :D Sometimes you get more than you bargained for.
