Loutraki is a town in greece which is famous for its beaches and casinos etc.

What do you suggest about it?

 

If you were developing it into an information site about the town then the extension is perfect. Undeveloped i'd say low $xx

 

atm undeveloped, low to mid $xx - development would be good

 

good domain to sell after few years

ya but have you guys ever heard about this place? I just registered it because it was dropped...I am not sure whether is it a popular location or not but it looks like its a famous spot.....
Should I first develop it then sell it or should I put adv links after developing it?

I would say low $xx undeveloped - good for an informational site about the town.
