I purchased this domain just because it is an alternate spelling of the country Kyrgyzstan, a former Soviet republic. Not sure how it can be developed, perhaps a cultural and news information site about central asia and kyrgyzstan/kyrgyzistan with tourism articles and links and ads. Or perhaps purely tourism based. Uraguay.com and Paraguay.com went for quite a bit in 2005 when they changed hands although obviously kyrgyzistan is not as well recognised.
Umm Uruguay.com was sold for $175,000 last year and Paraguay.com was sold for $150,000 last year as well. And you are saying kyrgyzistan.com is only worth $500? Uruguay.com - $175,000 (July 2005) Paraguay.com - $150,000 (June 2005) Downlaod.com, Donwload.com, Dawnload.com - $204,000 (Feb 2005) --those are just misspellings of download.com Singapore.com - $800,000 NewZealand.com - $500,000 (April 2003)
Low-mid $xxx imho. I really doubt that most people could even type that domain twice in a row. Also, it's not a highly-recognized country. Also, it's really not even comparable to uruguay.com or paraguay, imho. Good luck!
If you got the correct spelling it would be worth more. The value of typo domains is generally in relation to the amount of traffic it gets. Comparing it to something like Paraguay.com isn't really helpful, you should compare it rather to Parguay.com which is a misspelling that's about as common as the misspelling you have.
