Im wondering if anyone can possible suggest a price of what my domain name is worth. www.iadgamereview.com with content. Im currently getting 900 - 1000 unique visitors a day from from organic google listings. Ive done no marketing at all for this domain and its getting lot of traffic already and the traffic seems to be increasing every day. someone asked if id sell it and they said i need an appraisal. Im sorry i made a typo... my site is www.ipadgamereview.com not www.iadgamereview.com .. Any help on a price this is worth would be so much appreciated... i have someone asking to buy this from me and ive never sold a domain name before.. he said i need to get an evaluation by a professional to price this domain but ive read i can get a better evaluation by professionals right here. the price is only for domain.. you need some solid desing and content to make this website "candy". how many people want pay you for this website?

I would not make this up as i need genuine advice on what this site would be worth and im sure any serious buyer would look into this with more detail so their no point making stats up. May i ask where you went to get the 600 globals you are talking about? Isnt Google's Absolute Unique Visitors 17551 the genuine stats on unique traffic ? At present i have one genuine buyer who is an agent for a customer of his, who he says has a budget on 50k to spend. But they want evaluations so this is why i added this post. Did you have any time to take a quick look at www.ipadgamereview.com? It sounds like you know a lot about this kind of thing and im wondering what you think i need as far as your comments (desing and content to make this website "candy) as i would love to sell this but just as good try to make some money from it. I would not sell it. Keep invite qualitative content and you can make $xxx/month in google adsense or other "pay per click". Oh, man,, your domain " expired on 01/27/2011".. dont lose it!
