I know there's "HSW - How Stuff Works" (Video) To be honest, I really think it needs development for it to be worth $$$
I meant only abt selling the domain name not any content. People usually use the term 'How Can U' in google searches. Eg: How can you buy...., How can you sell....., How can u make....., How can u get...etc. So the search engine rank for my domain 'HowCanU.com' will be a guarantee. Moreover it is a .com domain and easy to remember too. Thanks for your patience.
People search for "how to"...rather than "how can you"...I never typed "how can u"... on google. specially not with the "u" instead of you.
I've got to agree with alistar... It really needs development, as I already said, for it to be worth anything. If anyone's searching that, they'd most likely type : "how can you" not "how can u" "how can I" not "how can u" "how do I" not "how can u"
pls check this term on adword keyword tool. There are more than 300000 global searches with zero competition for the term 'how can u'

The term undeveloped is not at all a subject of matter in case of selling domains. If it were a website with domain and content together then the developments may be noticed. Here's only a single nice domain name.
Cheat really summed it up well there, everything he said is true. As I already said: You honestly need to develop it for it to be worth $1000+ dollars. It's not a domain like "forums.com" which practically sells itself.
