    sorry but you have buyed this domain for a very big price??? what's the matter? it's a joke :)
    It is a 3 words domain, no Alexa Rank, no PR, not in DMOZ directory, no links, no traffic,
    and if you search on Google for "home loan firm" it doesn't appear in the first 100 results.
    The only acceptable values is the age, it's a 2006 domain. How much you think it could be worth?
    or better if something could be interested in your domain,
    do you think he is willing to pay more than reg fee?? :)
