The only issue you may have is that you will not be allowed to display adsense on it.
Nobody will sue you.

It depends on what you use it for. Don't run a search engine on it and don't use their logo and you should be ok.

 

IMHO.....

Google can take that domain away from you, plain and simple, if they wanted to, so its risky registering ANYTHING with the word google in it.

Basically, you are using the word google in your domain name, I reckon their lawyers can "more than likely" convince a court or wipo board that its confusingly similar with their trademark.

Like everyone, if google has an itch they will scratch it.

As long as you dont become an itch in their behinds, they wont scratch you.

In short, if Google pose you as a threat, they will wipe the floor with you.

We are not talking about a little corner shop bakery here, we are talking about a multi BILLION dollar business with teams, no, buildings full of lawyers whos speciality is what? Internet Law.

Its risky mate, I would just keep your head low and dont bank on your kids college fund with the revenue you make from the domain.
